SAIT - Conference Location
SAIT has a variety of room configurations with pricing ranging from $150 per night to $255 per night (non-Stampede dates) and from ($210 per night to $365 per night (Stampede dates):

- 4 Bedroom Suites
- Corporate Suites
- Corporate Studios
On December 1, 2025, SAIT will make 2-bedroom and 4-bedroom suites available using promo codes. Upon completion of conference registration, you will receive access to the accommodations booking page and the promo code for discounted room options.
Although the rooms at SAIT are not air conditioned, they are priced at about 70% of the average Calgary rate.
Hotels in 'Motel Village'
There are six hotels in what Calgarians call 'Motel Village' (East side of Crowchild Trail and north of 16th Ave). This area is immediately adjacent to the Banff Trail LRT platform which is two stops (5 minutes) from SAIT. The two below are the easiest for access to the conference. There are no special conference promo codes for these hotels so you can just book directly.
